Lutz Baar Porträt
Ich bin Lutz Baar, gebürtiger Berliner (1946), seit 1970 wohnhaft in Partille ausserhalb von Göteborg. Meine künstlerische Ausbildung erhielt ich unter 4,5 Jahren an der Heinrich Zernack Schule, Schule für freie und angewandte Kunst, Berlin.
Nach langer Karriäre als art director und Schriften Designer bin ich seit 2006 ganzzeitig als freischaffender Maler tätig. Ich beschäftige mich auch mit Digitalkunst und Fotografie.

"In my paintings I am working in the borderlands where
light and illuminated surfaces meet. The motifs are between
half figurative and abstract. They form a starting point in
my adventure where I try to visualize a primary component
of images that is in fact invisible – the light. In some
paintings, the structures blurs slightly and dissolves in the
light, in others, illuminated areas stand out even sharper.
Sometimes the light itself creates prismatic forms."
