Tania Klinke Biografie

Zürich ist meine geliebte Heimatstadt, ich habe dort eine glückliche Kindheit verbracht und später, nach einer Berufslehre als Sekretärin, meine Familie gegründet. 1974 übersiedelte ich mit meinem Mann und unseren sechs Kindern nach Denens, einem idyllischen Dörfchen in die französische Schweiz.
Anfänglich war ich von der Ölmalerei fasziniert, dann bevorzugte ich während Jahren Porzellan als Malgrund. Neugier und Lust am Experimentieren motivierten mich, meine Ideen mit Aquarell, Acryl, selbsthergestellter Spachtelmasse, Marmormehl, Baumaterial und Sumpfkalk umzusetzen. Ausserdem verwende ich auch oft Pigmente, Öle, Beizen, Tusche usw. Da ich sehr gern mit allen möglichen Medien experimentiere, bietet sich die Abstraktion geradezu an, ich kann frei kreieren, verwerfen, kreieren, mit Farben und Formen komponieren.
Mit meinen Werken möchte ich den Betrachter berühren, Emotionen wecken, ihn in seine Traum- und Gefühlswelt reisen lassen.
 

Zurich is my beloved home town; I spent a happy childhood there and later, after my apprenticeship to become a secretary, founded a family. In 1974, together with my six children, I moved to Denens, an idyllic little town in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
Originally, I was fascinated by oil painting, later I used porcelain as a preferred surface for painting. Finally, once I had tried out water colour and acrylic paint, curiosity as well as the joy in experimenting led me to transforming my ideas with homemade smoothing compound, marble powder and building materials. I often use pigments, oils, mordant dyes etc.
With my paintings, I wish to evoke impressions and imaginings in the one who looks at them. I want the observer to take time, to let the paintings unfold their effect and let his fantasy play, to let ideas develop. My paintings should touch the one who observes them – they should arouse feelings and stir emotions, to make the onlooker dream.
To a large extent, my paintings are created spontaneously. While painting, I let my fantasy and intuition run free. The canvas, the painting leads me into a certain direction, to take shape, time and again all over again.
